2-3 Production Processes of Bevel Gear
Shown here is a typical process of making bevel gears.
Raw materials :
Raw materials bought from material suppliers are kept in stock.
The materials are six meters in length.
The materials are cut to size.
With a lathe, a cut workpiece is shaped into a gear blank.
Gear Cutting :
Gear cutting is done with a Coniflex generator.
The cutting usually leaves burrs on the teeth.
Burrs on the teeth are being removed with a deburring machine.
Black Oxide Finish :
The black oxide finish is somewhat effective in preventing rust.
To ensure delivery in good condition, each and every bevel gear is individually packaged.
